This study determined the public school administrators' managerial skills and their effect on organizational performance in the Schools Division of City of Balanga during SY 2018-2019 through qualitative and quantitative research methods. The respondents of the study were public elementary school administrators chosen through universal sampling described in terms of age; sex; civil status; position; highest educational attainment; and number of years in school administrator position. Managerial skills were determined with respect to Instructional Leadership skills, Personnel Management skills, Financial Management skills, Learning Environment skills and Community Partnership skills while the organizational performance was based on the OPCRF Overall Score; the percentage of learners who scored average and better in LAPG, NAT or its equivalent in SY 2014-2015; the Simple Dropout Rate in SY 2016-2017; the percentage of liquidation of school MOOE from January 1 to December 31, 2017; and timeliness of monthly submission. Findings revealed that the majority of the respondents belonged to the age range 41-50, female, married, held the Principal I item, with M.A./M.S. degree and had been a school administrator for 1-5 years. Results found that Instructional Leadership, Personnel Management, Financial Management skills, Learning Environment skills, and Community Partnership were all in exceptional level. In addition, results further revealed that there was no correlation between managerial skills and organizational performance. Civil status appeared to have a significant relationship with managerial skills in general, while age displayed a statistically significant correlation on organizational performance. In view of the foregoing findings and conclusion, it is recommended that school administrators consider attending different seminars for professional updating regarding managerial skills. Benchmarking the best practices of school heads in other schools and divisions may be considered for implementation. The adoption of the proposed capacity program may be considered. Finally, more research studies along this line should be conducted to enhance the managerial skills of the school administrator
