ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the job performance of the local government unit personnel in the second district of Bataan this Fiscal Year 2004. Specifically, this also aims to answer the relationship of the independent variables as to personal profile and municipality profile and their influence on the level of performance of the LGU personnel. The null hypotheses: 1) the profile of the LGU personnel does not influence their job performance is accepted; 2) the profile of the LGU municipalities does not influence the job performance of the personnel is rejected; both using T-test and Pearson Product Moment of Correlation technique.
