The researcher used a quantitative - descriptive-cross sectional nature. The general problem of the study assessed the medication safety climate of nurses in the selected hospitals of Bataan. Findings of the study served imperatives to patients' safety culture. It was revealed that the medication safety climate among private and public hospitals were perceived both evident with a mean value of 2.93 and standard deviation of .240 for the public and 3.01 mean value and .225 standard deviation for the private hospitals.. However, there were deviations in all the indicators used in assessing the medication safety climate of these hospitals. It was figured out that working conditions, clinical teamwork and feedback communication ranked most versus to other indicators such as safety practices, management perceptions and stress recognition as least form of medication safety climate. It was revealed that the medication safety among hospitals in Bataan were found significant to safety practices, clinical teamwork, working conditions and feedback communication about the error. The t-value and significance value of safety practices is (t=1.504;p<1.36), clinical teamwork is (t=2.499;p<.014), performance satisfaction (t=1.512;p>.134), stress recognition is (t=1.838;p>.070), management perception is (t=.552;p>.582), working conditions is (=1.280;p<.009) and feedback communication about the error is (t=2.667;p<.040). Since the significance value is found out to be below the margin of error of 0.05, the researcher rejected the null hypothesis which stated that there were significant difference in the medication safety climate among hospitals in Bataan when perceptions of two groups were tested. This implies that the safety vii practices, clinical teamwork, working conditions and feedback communications are significantly differ and could affect the medication safety climate of these hospitals. Therefore, nurses could be able to sustain quality patient care being rendered upon medication administration. This pertains to the insights based on the findings of these study. Medication administration could assimilate the patients' safety culture that will further ensure safety climate of the hospitals. Inputs on the safety practices, clinical teamwork, working conditions and feedback communication about the error were outlined. Medication safety climate among hospitals in Bataan were found strongly evident as perceived by nurses from the public hospitals and cross validated as evident by nurses from the private hospitals in Bataan. Likewise, there is a need to continuously sustain the medication safety among nurses in rendering care during medication administration. The perception between the two groups, nurses from public hospitals and nurses from private hospitals are significantly different in terms of safety practices, clinical teamwork, working conditions and feedback communication about the error. Hence, performance satisfaction, stress recognition, and management perception were not considered significant indicators of medication safety climate among hospitals. Imperatives on patients' safety culture were outline as indicated from the four significant variables of the study such as safety practices, clinical teamwork, working conditions and feedback communication about the error.
