The research was focused on the nursing care management system of our lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center in San Fernando Pampanga and the level of clients' satisfaction. The use of locally constructed questionnaires was the main component of data gathering verified by unstructured interviews and documentary analysis. The data gathered was tallied, score and presented in tabular forms using Pearson's product moment coefficient of correlation.
