This study was conducted to determine significant relationship between transformational leadership behavior skills and TQM practices of selected SUC's in Region III during the Academic Year 2008-2009. The study used the descriptive correlation method of research. The frequency counting, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to describe the demographic profile, the transformational leadership behavior skills and the TQM practices of the selected SUC's in Region III.
