Holistic wellness is a term that encompasses the state of being healthy of a person in terms of five wellness areas - physical, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual. In this cross-sectional research, the researcher aimed to determine the level of wellness of the employees of Colegio de San Juan de Letran - Bataan School Year 2017 - 2018 in order to develop a wellness program. In order to gather data, the researcher floated a survey-questionnaire to the respondents of the study. The data included in this study is the Personal Profile and the Personal Wellness Profile of the Colegio de San Juan De Letran - Bataan. Furthermore, the data gathered was collated and was statistically tested in order to identify the level of difference between the personal profiles of each respondent to their level of personal wellness. The statistical treatment used are the Mann-Whitney U Test for Sex, Division, and Educational Attainment in relation to the respondents Wellness Profile and the Kruskal-Wallis Test for the difference between the Wellness Profile of the respondents with age and length of service. The study showed that there is no significant difference in terms of the personal profiles of the respondents with their physical, social and intellectual wellness. Meanwhile, for sex, it had been noticed that there is a significant difference between this variable and emotional and spiritual wellness. Based from the aforementioned results, it was found out that this study is geared towards developing a Wellness Program that may help the respondents to be more aware in the need to develop the five tenets of holistic wellness. Further, based from the findings, it also indicated that there must be a difference in the development of emotional and spiritual wellness of the respondents in terms of sex.
