The study aimed to determine how promotional procedures, conflict processes and mobility policies affect the managerial performance of school administrators in selected public elementary schools in region III for the School Year 2010-2011. The respondents were the school administrators and teachers of selected public elementary schools in the divisions of Bataan, Bulacan and Pampanga. Specially, the profile of school administrators comprised the educational qualification, years of supervisory experience, and daily distance traveled from home to station. Promotional procedures were expressed in terms of publication, pre-evaluation and listing, selection procedures, and recommendation, appointment and assignment. Conflict processes was in form of adherence to basic policies, promulgation of objectives and grievance procedures while mobility policies was described in terms of assignment procedures and basic policies. The variables under managerial performance of school administrators included planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling.
