Summary, etc. The study aimed to examine the factors influencing students' level of speech anxiety in English during the school year 2017-2018, which piloted an investigation on the effect of the student profile in terms of sex, monthly family income and grade point average and concentrated and observed the other students-related factors in terms of self-concept, self-efficacy and attitude toward English. The study employed the blended type method of research. To get the data necessary for answering the problem of the study, standardized and self-made questionnaires were used by the researcher. The gathered data were treated with statistical methods and scored, tallied, tabulated, and analyzed. It was presented through tools including frequency count, weighted mean and Pearson's product moment of correlation to determine the significant relationship of listening and speaking in relation to the students' profile as well as the significant relationship between students' level of speech anxiety relative to other related factors. The result found that female outnumbered the male students, belonging to poor families and half having good grades in English communication skill. There is significant relationship between the profile of the student in terms of sex and grade point average and their level of speech anxiety in English in listening. The study showed that there is no significant relationship between the profile of the student in terms of monthly family income and their level of speech anxiety in English in listening and speaking. Recommendations were strongly sanctioned based on the findings and conclusion of the study. It is strongly suggested that female students should extend their help to their male classmates through teachers' intervention. The students should continue practicing their listening skill and develop their own preferred listening technique for capacity build-up in listening skill to overcome speech anxiety. Maintain the same administration policy on English language department. Teachers may choose to adopt the proposed learning action plan.
