Summary, etc. This study investigated the best practices of teaching Primary Mathematics using the MTB MLE framework among public elementary schools through multiple case study. Respondents were teachers of SPED FAST or Section 1 from grade 1 to 3 of the central schools in Orani, Hermosa and Dinalupihan. Ten (10) study participants were selected randomly in the mentioned district. Significant findings of the study revealed that the teacher-respondents saw that the use of mother tongue in mathematics was a great help for the pupils to better understand the lessons in math most especially the worded problems. However, all of them stated that they still shifted to using English in some parts of their lessons or discussions in order for the students to understand them better. On the best practices, it was noted that all the participants were using window cards for their students to master the four fundamental operations. Teachers were giving time limit to answer the window cards in order to enhance the student's capability to solve quickly. The majority of them still used flashcards and, for them, these would always be effective for primary school children most especially in Math subject. Furthermore, teachers also adopt modern ways of teaching such as game discussion. Based on the interviews with the respondents, their students enjoyed the discussion and activities in the form of games. Their students were enjoying and at the same time, they were learning
