Barbershops have long been a great place for men to go and enjoy getting pampered. The purpose of this study is to explore the specific practices of a Barber Shops as basis for business policy on profitability. The present study was conceptualized along F.B. Hawley's (1893) Risk Theory of Profit, Gartner (2000) Business Process Management Henry Mintzberg's (1987) 5 Ps of Strategy. This study used a sequential explanatory design as Creswell and Plano Clark (2007) stated that, it starts with the collection and analysis of quantitative data then moves on the gathering and examination of qualitative data. Barbershop owners are putting down a significant change on a building lease and equipment like chair, a listing of barbering products, and other things. Start by making a business plan. Owners need to know what works and what does not for satisfying clients and attracting new customers. As barbershop provide services, make sure to inform the client which techniques or products that the barber is using so there are no surprises. While the importance of finding an excellent location cannot be stressed enough, considering the owners shop have already got a list of normal clients that have built up over time. Begin by creating a business strategy. Determine what number of customers the owners must determine every day, and how they must set rates to meet the business's expenses. Owners must understand what functions and what does not in order to please clients and retain new patron. |
