Summary, etc. In this time of digital era, there are still more school personalities who stand out due to their exemplary leadership and dedicated services which are the very reason why they are considered as outstanding. This study determined the lived experiences of outstanding educators and social leaders of the year 2021 in Olongapo City. It employed the phenomenological qualitative research type of research. Specifically, it utilized the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) which is a kind of qualitative approach that aimed to provide detailed examinations of personal lived experiences, particularly of those of the outstanding educators and social leaders. This study also used the empirical or psychological phenomenology. As to the findings, the participants encountered varied experiences which became instrumental to their respective success; they accepted all of the obstacles they had at work and fulfilled their professional goals in work with the help of mentors and their mentoring; they are willing to accept and take advantage of every chance to learn new skills or try new things in the profession; are open for continuous learning whether this is through their formal or informal learning opportunities in work. they recognize the value of establishing a good relationship with those around them; they focus on work values and work performance that ensure the attainment of quality outputs in their respective jobs; they appreciate the significant impact that teachers have on students' lives and as well as the people in the communities; they are well-cognizant on the strategies that involve faith like prayers and walking in faith, and embrace the ideas of growth mindset, initiating communications and collaborations, and believing in oneself; they pronounced their passion for their work whether in being a teacher and or being a school head; they have the ardent interest to grow and learn to capacitate themselves for its demands; they believe on the importance of other people and relating with them; recognize work values and performance contribute to one's success; and they have a strong stance on taking care of themselves and maintaining work-life balance. Recommendations were also cited as aligned with the conclusion.
