Summary, etc. This study entitled, "Assessment of Implementation of Dual Training System of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in the Province of Bataan" primarily aims to identify the level of implementation of Dual Training System (DTS) of TESDA in the province as perceived by the trainees, the training institutions, and the partner companies during the Fiscal Year, 2013-2016. Utilizing the database of DTS graduates of TESDA Bataan, the study considered one hundred fifty three (153) respondents or ten percent (10%) of total population currently enrolled and deployed in the program which were randomly selected from Electronics and Dressmaking qualifications at TESDA Regional Training Center (RTC) of Mariveles, Bataan as well as trainees from the Provincial Training Center (PTC) of Orion, Bataan. The study identifies the profile of the respondents in terms of age; sex; marital status; highest educational attainment; training program attended; and competency assessment status. This study also evaluated the level of perception of the respondents on the implementation of DTS program of TESDA in terms of content of the curriculum, implementation capacity, and accreditation, quality assurance and articulation. In addition, the researcher identified if the profile of the respondents that affect the level of perception in the implementation of DTS. The researcher constructed two parts of survey-questionnaire for the three groups of respondents: the trainees, the in-center trainers and the in-plant trainers. The first part dealt with the professional profile of the trainees and skills trainers while the second part measured the perception of the respondents on the level of implementation of DTS programs. Applying descriptive research design, the data was treated statistically using frequency, percentage, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), t-test and other regression analysis tools. Findings revealed that the level of implementation of dual training system program of TESDA in terms of Content of Curriculum and Implementation Capacity were "Fully Implemented while the domains of Accreditation, Quality Assurance, and Articulation were all assessed "Adequately Implemented". Overall, the three groups of respondents collectively perceived the implementation of the DTS program in the Freeport Area of Bataan in Mariveles, Bataan as "Adequately Implemented" with an overall descriptive mean "Agree". The overall standard deviation showed a very strong consistency of the responses of the respondents since their evaluations were clustered or very near the overall mean. Age, sex, marital status, highest educational attainment, assessment status, and DTS training, had no significant effect on the perception of the respondents towards the implementation of the DTS program of TESDA. This implied that the profile of the respondents were not significant predictors of the respondents' perception in the implementation of the DTS. Significant difference evident in the perception of the respondents on the articulation of the DTS program, evidently the p-value less than the alpha signifying that there significant difference in the perception of the respondents when they group accordingly. Differences in the perception of the respondents in terms of content of the DTS curriculum, Implementation of capacity, accreditation, and quality assurance not significant. The overall perception of the respondents as to the implementation of the DTS program yielded significant difference in the perception of the groups, where according to the result of the Scheffe test lies between the perception of the in-plant trainer and in-center trainer.
