General note The main purpose of this study was to determine the practices of elementary teachers in Addressing School Bullying cases subject in Orani North Elementary School in the Division of Bataan basis for Proposed Intervention Plan. The descriptive method of research was used in the study, utilizing questionnaires as main instrument in gathering data. All the seventy-four (74) elementary teachers were the respondents of the study. The data attained were carefully treated using Percentage, Mean, Weighted Mean, and ANOVA. The typical elementary school teachers of Orani North Elementary School was the age between 43-48 years old, majority were female, have taught for above 20 years in the profession, and have not attended many seminars in bullying. The finding revealed that in preventing school bullying cases teacher-respondents often perform their duties and responsibilities. In dealing students who bully and who are bullied teacher-respondents always perform their duties and responsibilities. The common type of bullying encountered by students as reported to the teachers' is pushing under physical bullying. There were no significant variations on the variables on sex and length of service based on the 0.05 level of significance. Age and seminars attended showed significant variations. The school should provide separate committee that will focus only the bullying cases, Proposed Intervention Plan should be disseminated and implemented in various education settings, school should formulates a students' handbook that would serve as guide for the students and parents, strengthen partnership among school , community, and stakeholders, and also conduct relevant workshop-seminar responsive to bullying.
