Summary, etc. The study was conducted to develop and validate strategic intervention materials (SIMs) in operations of integers. The proposed SIMs under the validation includes the four operations: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division of Integers based on the least mastered skills of grade 7. The respondents of the study were composed of three (3) experts in Mathematics: Education Program Supervisor, Head Teacher and Master Teacher, thirteen (13) Mathematics Teachers, and two hundred (200) grade 7 students of Mariveles National High School - Poblacion School Year 2016-2017. The descriptive method of research was employed with the use of survey questionnaire composed of two parts. The survey questionnaire being used in the study to evaluate the SIM were based from the Standardized criteria prepared and issued by the Department of Education (DepED) and Bureau of Secondary Education (BSE) in 2005. The respondents of the study evaluated the proposed strategic instructional materials in terms of objectives under the guide, activity, assessment, enrichment, and reference cards. The results were tallied, analyzed, and interpreted to find out the difference on the outlooks of the teachers and the student-respondents regarding the proposed intervention materials in terms of the criteria mentioned. The data collected were tested through frequency, mean, and t-test. The findings revealed that the experts/teachers and the students have significantly highly mean ratings to the objectives under the criteria of guide, activity, assessment, vi enrichment, and reference cards. Therefore, this suggests that the important properties are very evident on the proposed strategic intervention materials in operations of integers conducted. In addition, the t- test revealed that in every areas covered by the validation, there is significant difference between the scores provided by the two groups of respondents on the guide card (p = 0.012), activity card (p = 0.017), assessment card (p = 0.012), and reference card (p = 0.003) except in enrichment card (p = 0.062). Thus, the lone null hypothesis that there is no significant difference in the validation of the experts/faculty and students on the proposed Strategic Intervention Materials in Operations of Integers was rejected. In view of the findings it was recommended that strategic intervention materials for other subjects should be made to address the least mastered skills. Also, the preparation and improvement of intervention materials should be supported by the school heads and administrators to promote more teachers to increase construction of instructional materials. Additionally, the teachers should be encouraged to develop SIM or other instructional materials in order to enhance the teaching and learning instruction not only in Mathematics but also in other subject areas. Moreover, the strategic intervention materials made by the researcher to re-teach the concepts and skills to help the students master the operations of integers. Finally, teachers should provide this innovation for the students to re-learn, re discover, and understand the topic or activity.
