Summary, etc. The study identified the level of participation on fitness and sports activities of the female college students in the Bataan Peninsula State University, Main Campus, during Academic Year 2016-2017 using descriptive - survey analysis. The level of participation of female college students with an overall mean value of 2.36 ans standard deviation of 0.88 was interpreted as moderately participated. It was very evident that sports activities, competitive intramurals and intercollegiate activities are less participated than fitness activities, and non-competitive sports. Likewise, curricular program did not differ whatever the curricular programs that were affiliated with, still they will engage to any fitness and sport activities. Hence, it was found out that fitness activities and non-competitive sports differed with the curriculum programs where students were engaged to fitness activities is (F=2.558;p>.003) and non-competitive sports is (F=2.273;p>.009). Female college students moderately participated on the fitness and sports activities. It was very evident that sports activities, competitive intramurals and intercollegiate activities are less participated than fitness activities, and non-competitive sports. Female college students participate evidently on fitness activities and non-competitive sports. Likewise, age and year level were found not significant. Female college students did enjoy participating in fitness and sports activities and that most felt the programs on their campuses were safe and appropriate. The implication of this study also indicated that students did enjoy participating in fitness and sport activities and that most felt the programs on their campuses were safe and appropriate. As a result, the female college students did not place high enough priority on physical plan it into their weekly schedules. The university can do something to educate the students on the benefits if a healthy lifestyle and its effect on the quality of the students' life, including education and academic performance. As recommended, Female College students should engage systematically in participating the fitness and sports activities. Sports and Physical Education instructors should provide avenues to further encourage female college students in joining fitness and sports activities. Also, female college students should be provided opportunities fir immersion with sports activities, competitive intramurals and intercollegiate activities. Student services should provide mechanism in further attracting female college students in participating with sport activities, competitive intramurals and intercollegiate activities. Curricular programs should intensify the conclusion and integration of fitness and sports activities through an outcome based education. Sports coordinators should provide a reorientation and feedback communication whether fitness and sports activities are being enjoyed by female college students. Sports clinics should be further created to identify the characteristics of female college students in participating with fitness and sports activities. Future researchers should further explore the gender sensitivity and development for the female college students in participating fitness and sports activities.
