The study aimed to assess the predictors of performance in the licensure examination of Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) for Academic Year 2006-2010. Specifically, this also aimed to answer the questions demographic profile of the maritime graduates in terms of: review classes attended and pre board examination result, the college related factors in terms of: curriculum relevance and regimental training, demographic profile of faculty in terms of: age, teaching experiences, highest educational attainment, licenses and work related experiences, the faculty related factirs in terms of: teaching skills, teaching styles/ methods, co-curricular/ administrative work performance and ethics, administrative related factors in terms of: merit and demerit system, the level of scholastics achievement of the graduates, performance of the graduates in the licensure examination in terms of: F1- navigation at the operational level, F2-cargo and ship handling and F3-controlling, watch keeping and Maritime Laws, Basic Safety, How to do the profile of the graduate, demographic profile of the faculty and faculty related factors, college and administrative related factors affrect the level of scholastic achievement and performance of the graduates in the licensure examination, scholastic achievement of the graduates as it affects the performance in the licensure examination, predictors aof success in maritime licensure examination, and the implication of the finding of the study to educational management.
