In light of the findings of the study, the researcher concluded that the public secondary schools are compliant with the implementation of CPP as the materials and mechanisms provided by the law and the policy are in place; in the implementation of CPP among public secondary schools, the culture of child protection has been successfully instigating, there is the presence of the proactive response and a strong vision for continuous vi improvement; and the challenges on the implementation of the CPP lies on the lack of parents' commitment and teachers' negative notion that it is anti-teacher. In view of the findings, it was recommended that the Schools Division should conduct an intensive monitoring of the implementation of the CPP in every public school and provide technical assistance to best assist them in their implementation; the best practices of other schools should be the benchmark by other public secondary schools to have a standard and synchronized implementation of the program; other strategic and novel activities should be conducted to actively promote child protection and engage further other stakeholders; and an intensive inter-agency partnership must be in place in all public secondary schools to assure a well-communicated, documented, and responded cases of child abuse and violence.
