As a matter of fact, the study aimed to explore the experience of the transitional experiences of the science teachers in elementary that transferred to secondary high schools. The researcher made use of purposive sampling technique in determining the ten respondents of the study which are identified as Science teachers that taught in elementary to secondary high school. In addition, the researcher gathered the data using a unstructured interview which led to formulating the results and findings of the study. The study revealed the transitional experiences of the Science teachers from elementary to high school under the Division of Bataan and Balanga towards a proposed developmental plan. The experiences of the Science teachers are centered into different emerging themes which focused on the issues and challenges of teachers that transferred from elementary to high school and their highlighted experiences. It is recommended to come up with an enhance developmental plan for Science teachers transferring from elementary to secondary high school to ensure effective teaching and learning experience for both the teachers and students specifically in studying and teaching Science. The study concludes that the experience of the Science teacher in transferring from one station to another results to different issues and challenges that needs an immediate attention in order to provide effectively the needs of the end users of the study which are the students and the entire science educational system.
