Giving decent habitat and health welfare is part of this study. As a result of the survey answered by the respondents, it is necessary to follow lawful process in breeding business for their dogs. Wherein most respondents are male, ages 22-32, with bachelor's degree and already have their careers. The research implies that these Bataan dog-breeders are mostly capable in investing capital to engage in this business and enjoying the advocacy in raising pets not just to earn but to ensure health and being environment friendly. Among dog breeding practices, the "Operational management practices in dog breeding" ranked number 1 as they noticed the significance of knowing the operational management for conducting the breeding activities to managing the operations. In this stage, they start to learn how to handle/operate on breeding business. In which this process educates the breeders the whole operating method of the activity. In determining the difference in the legal and ethical practices and operational management practices in dog breeding in terms of the profiles of the respondents, a one-way ANOVA was used. Based on the findings, no significant differences were noted in terms of age and income. On the other hand, educational background and length of time breeding were shown to have a significant difference. Further, t-test results revealed that no significant difference was noted when respondents are grouped based on sex. In determining the difference in the policy practices and production management practices in dog breeding in terms of the profiles of the respondents, a one-way ANOVA was used. Further, t-test results revealed that no significant difference was noted when respondents are grouped based on sex. Even Dog associations are being recognized thru this study. They help one another by sharing their experiences and giving advice on complying with legal qualifications of being a dog-breeder. Veterinarians are also having more opportunities as dog breeders are growing in numbers. It shows the importance of giving dogs medical treatment and health exercises. Regular medical check-ups are necessary to ensure the dogs are capable in producing puppies.
