This experiemental research aimed to develop calamansi peelings biosorbent for lead ( + 2Pb ) ions in aqueous solution at Mariveles National High School - Poblacion, Mariveles, Bataan during the Academic Year 2014 - 2015. This experimental research determined the effects of the biosorbent in the adsorption of lead ( + 2Pb ) ions in aqueous solution. To determine the effects of ph level and biosorbent concentration Weighted Mean with corresponding descriptive equivalents, Standard Deviation and One way ANOVA. The statistical treatment involved the comparison of the means. In analyzing the result of this test, significance or F - value less than or equal to 0.05 was considered significant while greather than 0.05 F - value was not significant. If the mean ranks are significantly different, the null hypothesis of no significant was rejected. The findings revealed that there was no significant difference on the adsorption capacities of lead ( + 2Pb ) ions in aqueous solution in terms of pH level and biosorbent concentration. It also revealed that the adsorption capacity of the biosorbent was similar with varying pH level of the aqueous solution and biosorbent concentration. The lone null hypothesis of the study: there was no significant difference on the level of adsorption of the biosorbent in different pH levels and biosorption concentrations were accepted. In the light of the findings and conclusion, the researcher recommends the following: Manipulation of another range of pH level of the aqueous solution could be done; Larger amounts of biosorbent concentration may also be applied; Determination of adsorption capacity of calamansi peelings biosorbent on other heavy metals may also be vii studied; Study on another adsorption model may also be conducted; Comparative study between the calamansi peelings biosorbent and commercial grade adsorbent may also be a focus for future studies.
