The disproportionately high unemployment figures for the youth highlight the importance of finding alternative ways of increasing youth participation in the economy. A recent data compilations show that many poor and non-poor people in many developing countries face a high degree in financial inclusion. A particularly pernicious problem is that the school problem system is not producing functionality literate students. This study was designed to determine the personal entrepreneurial characteristics of grade 9 students in selected schools in Bataan in school year 2013-2014.
