This study entitled "DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF e-MODULE IN TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT)" intended to develop and validate an e module in the field of ICT complementary with the current K to 12 curriculum. This study aimed to primarily aimed to develop and validate an e-module System in Technical Drafting for Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions: How may the teacher-respondents be described in terms of age, sex, seminars attended, years of experience, and highest educational attainment; and how may the teacher-respondents and expert-respondents assess the developed module as to its objectives, content validity, manner of presentation, usefulness, and evaluation. The significant differences in the developed e-module as perceived by the respondents is also described in this study as well as the implications to Technology and Livelihood Education pedagogy, in Information and Communications Technology component in particular. This study applied a descriptive method of research. A survey questionnaire was prepared and was administered to the teachers of different national high schools located in Bataan, specifically the first district public secondary schools. The study was done within the context of a natural situation in classroom setting. The population was composed of 33 first district public secondary school teachers and three experts in the field of ICT education. The questionnaire was used in gathering data while interviews and observations were also conducted to support the data. The questionnaire assessed the reliability and validity of the module in terms of: Objectives, Content Validity, Manner of Presentation, Usefulness and Evaluation. This study involved encoding and processing of relevant data using statistical methods with the help of the statistical software called IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0. Frequency, percentage, weighted mean, one sample T-test were utilized to present the evaluative responses of the experts and teachers and to compare the teachers' perceptions on the experts' evaluation on the developed module. Findings revealed that experts are very satisfied with the indicators of the objectives of the developed module. They strongly agreed with the indicators of content validity. They were very satisfied with the manner of presentation of the developed module Moreover, they strongly agreed with these indicators and were very satisfied in the usefulness area. The experts strongly agreed on all the indicators of evaluation of the developed module. In general, the teacher respondents were satisfied with the developed module. They were most satisfied with the usefulness and evaluation of the module suggesting very satisfactory rating. Their lowest mean is both on content validity and manner of presentation; though both are satisfactory. Totally, the respondents were satisfied with developed module. They are most satisfied with the usefulness and evaluation of the module, then on the objectives, and lastly, on content validity and manner of presentation. The overall mean rating of the teachers on the module, is significantly lower than the experts' mean. Similar result is seen in terms of the objectives, content validity, and manner of presentation of the developed module. This means that with these variables the perceptions of the respondents are affected. The content validity, manner of presentation are the variables which could alter the respondents' perception on the usefulness and benefits of the e-module. On the other hand, there is no significant difference between the teachers' and experts' opinion with respect to usefulness and evaluation of the developed module. Both groups of respondents are very satisfied in these areas. Implications to TLE pedagogy and recommendations for further investigation are provided at the end of the study.
