Energy Audit is one of the powerful tools used by the organization and industries with regards to conserving energy. The audit identify energy losses and minimize those to maximize the energy utilization efficiency. The study focused on energy audit and energy conservation opportunities in the Municipal Building in District of Dinalupihan. The Level 1 Energy Audit or walk through inspection was used to assess the current utilization of energy whithin the building. The mian objective of this study is to help the Dinalupihan Municipality to decrease their consumption of electricity and save money. The data gathered in energy audit were the electric bill to describe the electrical consumption of building, the connected load which shows the appliances consumed electricity, the variance between actual and connected load, the occupancy usage and schedule to get the estimate kWh consumed per month, energy wastage and the preventive and maintenance of the equipment. The data gathered were analyzed through application of the following statistical tools; central tendency specially the mean to average the power consumption and power charges monthly and the percentage was used to describe the percentage of possible energy saving for entire building. The overall results revealed that the existing energy utilization within building can be improved. The study concluded that considering all energy conservation measures result to 27.52% energy saving.
