ABSTRACT The study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the Bataan Polytechnic State College (BPSC) Extension Program from 2000-2004. Specifically, this also aims to answer questions on the profile implementers and program recipient, level of effectiveness of the extension program as perceived by two groups, influence of the respondents profile on the effectiveness of the program, profile variable that greatly influence the effectiveness of the extension program and difference between the perceptions of the respondents an to the level of effectiveness of the BPSC extension program. The null hypothesis: there is no significant difference in the perception of the program implementers and program recipients in the effectiveness of the BPSC Extension program is rejected; using z-test to analyze data.
