ABSTRACT This descriptive correlation study analyzed the profile of RHU personnel, level of clients' satisfaction and their influence to the RHU personnel's job performance in the province of the Bataan during the calendar year of 2004 Specifically, it aimed to determine the profile of the rural health unit personnel, the level of clients' satisfaction and the level of RHU personnel's job performance. Likewise, it sought to find out the relationship of the independent variables; the RHU personnel profile and the level of clients' satisfaction and their influence on the level of RHU personnel's job performance.
