ABSTRACT It is concerned with the organizational behavior or nurse supervisors at James L. Gordon Hospital in Olongapo City during the Fiscal year 2007. A total of 55 respondents, which compose of 45 staff and midwife, 5 head nurse and 5 nurse supervisors. Descriptive type of research involve purposive process of gathering, analyzing, classifying and tabulating data about prevailing conditions practices, processes, trends and cause and effect relationships and then making adequate and accurate interpretation about such data with or without the aid of statistic method. This research describes the status of the existing situation concerning the problems of the chosen respondents; hence, a descriptive type of research was employed.
