This study investigated the level of clinical competencies of level IV clinical instructors teaching at selected College of Nursing in the province of Bataan during the first semester AY 2008-2009. Specifically, the study sought answer to the following questions; how may profile of the level IV clinical instructors be described in terms of age, highest educational attainment, years of teaching experience and workload.
