ABSTRACT This study sought to determine the delivery of health care service at James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital at New Asinan Olongapo City, Zambales, during the fiscal year 2007. The general problem of the study is how do staff related factors and managerial factors affect the delivery of selected health care services and specifically sought the following question: the profile of the staff in terms of age, gender, experience as health care provider, number of relevant trainings and seminars attended.
