The study aimed to present the present status of student affairs in Bataan Peninsula State University, the challenges that OSA workers are facing and the directions of student services. It is recognized that an evaluation of the essential dimension of student services should be made to ensure the efficient delivery of such services to students. The researcher employed the descriptive research method, with the questionnaire as the main survey instrument, observation, unstructured interviews, and the use of some documents that has relevance on the study. To make it more comprehensive and realistic, the researcher made use of the OSA personnel, administrators, study leaders and non-leaders respondents
