The Guidance Program of the Colegio De San Juan De Letran Sureta, Sernor Cherryl B.

The study aimed at determining the level of Effectiveness of the Guidance Program of the Colegio de San Juan de Letran in Intramuros, Manila and Abucay, Bataan. The study involved selected students of Colegio de San Juan de Letran in manila and bataan, the guidance personnel/staff and the faculty of the colegio. This study found out that majority of the staff are between 26-30 age bracket mostly female with Masteral units and in service between 1-5 years, have attended trainings and seminars and with eligibility I terms of civil service career professional examination and licensure for guidance counselors.
