This study intended to establish the relationship between the teacher - related factors, schools related factors and level of performance in National Achievement Test (NAT) in science II of national secondary schools in the second district of bataan for the academic year 2007-2008. The lone null hypothesis, that there is no significant relationship between profiles of the teacher - related factors, school - related factors and the level of performance in National Achievement Test (NAT) - Science II was tested using appropriate statistical treatment.
