The study aimed to determine the level of utilization, effectiveness and capability of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) program of selected State Universities and Colleges (SUC's) in Region III during Fiscal Year 2009. The chairman and personnel of the Management Information System, deans of various colleges, faculty members and non-teaching personnel of the study: Bataan Peninsula State University in Bataan, Bulacan State University in Bulacan, Ramon Magsaysay Technological University in Zambales and Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University in Pampanga. The schools were selected using fishbowl technique while the respondents were selected using simple random sampling.
