This study is focused on the needs of mathematics faculty members for Information Technology (IT) integration at Bataan Peninsula State University, Academic Year 2011-2012. The profile of the faculty members was described in terms of age, sex, teaching experience, training/seminars attended in IT and level of proficiency. The level of proficiency wad explained with respect to basic computer operations, use of application software, use of internet resources and use of peripheral IT equipment. The availability, adequacy and usability of physical facilities and equipment in the computer laboratory was described in terms of computers, software packages, internet connections, LCD projector, graphic calculator and smart board. The needs of faculty members as perceived by them and the students were depicted in terms of instructional, communicative, organizational, analytical, evaluative and informative.
