This study conducted to determine the factor that influences the leadership dimensions of the nursing administrators of selected hospitals in the City of Balanga during the Calendar Year 2011. The study used the descriptive correlation method of research. The frequency counting, percentage and weighted mean were used to describe the demographic profile of the respondents and their perceptions on the hospital related factors and the leadership dimensions of the nursing administrators. The relationship between the selected factors and the leadership dimensions were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The coefficients of correlation as well as the coefficient of determination were employed to prove the relationship between the selected factors and the leadership dimensions of the nursing administrators. Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis was also used to identify the significant predictors taken singly or in combination of the leadership dimensions. The F-test was used to test the working hypotheses in the study.
