The study intended to establish the Effectiveness of the Special Science Curriculum in selected DOST-Secondary Education Institutes during School Year 2010-2011. Specially, it sought to investigate in the student-respondent profile in terms of age, gender, year level, course (alumni), honors received, family income, multi-media available at home and parents educational attainment. For the teachers' profile involve their age, gender, educational attainment, and length of teaching experience. It described the degree of effectiveness in terms of the four components such as: attainment of the curriculum, curriculum objectives, curriculum materials, course activities and teaching strategies and identification of the strengths, weaknesses and threats about the Special Science Curriculum.
