The study investigated if the coastal communities' participation, the Local Government Units' (LGUs) performance, and the profile of fisher folks influence the effectiveness of Coastal Resources Management (CRM) programs. The study compounded in Bataan, a strategic peninsular province in the Philippines located at the southwestern tip of the Central Luzon plain composing of 11 municipalities and a component city.
