The study used a mix method approach. A concurrent triangulation wasthe primary method used in determining the School-Based Feeding Program level of implementation in the City School Division of Balanga. The study was centered on three keywords: Helping, Implementation, and Service. The researcher made use of purposive sampling technique in determining the respondents of the study, who are the School Feeding Coordinators and school heads. The respondents were all working in the Division of Balanga. In addition, the researcher used the monitoring tool of the Department of Education for the School-Based Feeding Program, which includes a survey questionnaire for the quantitative dimension of the study while, for the qualitative part of the study, the researcher utilized a structured interview questionnaire. The respondents of the study came from the junior and elementary public schools under the Division of Balanga. On the other hand, the City of Balanga National High School, Bataan National High School, Cupang Elementary School and Balanga Elementary School were handpicked in gathering the data for the qualitative part of the research. The study revealed that the overall responses about School-Based Feeding Program is Very Satisfactory which means that the Division and the schools are performing well when it comes to the implementation of the program. However, the study revealed the needed improvements on aspects such as insufficient fund to accommodate all the beneficiaries, meal plan or menu, lack of emphasis to the importance of SBFP to students and parents and, lastly, miscommunication and proper coordination to agencies involved.
