The study is both descriptive and inferential in nature and focused on the status of graduates of Electronics Engineering programs belonging to colleges from Bataan on job matching and career success after they graduated from college. Random sampling was used in selecting the respondents-a total of 187 ECE graduates. The primary data gathering method developed was close-ended questionnaire to determine aspects referring to their job landing and career. Overall findings of the study: (1) Graduates of Electronics Engineering program rank themselves high when it comes to career and skills, (2) They also consider their educational background relevant, (3) There is a job mismatch of around 1 in every 3 graduates of Electronics Engineering program in Bataan, and (4) Through multiple linear regressions, it suggests that there is a generally strong significant relationship between aspects of Electronics Engineering program and the career and skills of its graduates ER -
