The study intended to prove the effectiveness of the Records Management Performance on the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Secretariat at the Bataan Provincial Government during Calendar Year 2016- 2018. Specifically, it sought to investigate on the secretariat-respondent profile in terms of age, gender, civil status, position, length of service, status of employment and relevant training. For the clienteles' profile involve their age, gender, civil status, educational attainment and status of living. It described the degree of effectiveness in terms of working condition, office equipment support, communication equipment support, materials and supplies support, level of supervision, records creation, maintenance and disposition about the records management practices and performance. The null hypothesis that there is no significant difference on the perception of the respondents regarding the effectiveness of records management performance on the ISO 9001:2015 was accepted. There is no significant difference on the perceived on the level of quality management system were partially sustained. The sample survey questionnaire was employed to the respondents. To quantify the relationships among variables, mean, descriptive equivalent, analysis of variance (ANOVA) of F-Test were used to the two groups. Statistical treatment was calculated using SPS for this reason. The actual level of significance were obtained. Findings of the study revealed that in terms of practices in the records management of the respondents perceived satisfactory. The perception of the respondents considering practices of quality management system indicate acceptable thus, accept the hypothesis. On the other hand, the result is rejecting null hypothesis on the Records Management System. However, the perceptions of two groups are not significantly difference. It was recommended that upgrading the practices and performance of the records managements based on the findings were motivated secretariat to provide authenticity of records the information within them can be efficiently retrieved and be secured from unauthorized or inadvertent alteration and the applications of records management procedures are regularly monitored against agreed indicators
