The study proposed Strategic Intervention Material in the Public Secondary Schools in the Division of Olongapo City for Grades Nine and Ten to address the three least mastered topics in the Curriculum Guide of DepEd. The study explored the profiles of the teachers in terms of age, sex, civil status, highest educational attainment, years in teaching TLE-CSS and the present position. The proposed Strategic Intervention Materials in teaching TLE-CSS was primarily based on the contents of the DepEd Curriculum Guide and Training Regulations of TESDA as well as on the needs and interests of the respondents to help achieve mastery of topics as envisioned by the DepEd. The study was delimited to all the 17 Public Secondary Schools of Olongapo City with the total of 31 teachers specializing Computer Systems Servicing. A descriptive developmental method was employed in explaining the problem using survey questions, the major instrument for all the needed data in the study. The findings of the study, the result revealed that 11 teacher respondents range the ages of 27 to 32 years of age and only 2 teacher respondents range the ages 45 to 50 years old. Out of 31 teacher-respondents, 20 of them are male teachers and 11 of them are female teachers. 16 out of 31 of the teacher-respondent were married, and 15 of the teacher respondents were single. 54.83% or 17 teacher-respondents were MA unit earners. 20 of teacher-respondents were 1 to 5 years in teaching TLE and there are 3 teacher-respondents that are teaching 16 years and above the position teacher I has the greatest number of teachers which is 14 and only 1 of the teacher-respondent was master teacher I. In conclusion, it showed that TLE-Computer Systems Servicing could be successfully taught with the use of Strategic Intervention Material. There is a need to assess first the least mastered topics which were difficult to understand. The organization and presentation as well as the contents must be congruent to the need of the students. Teachers should also upgrade their knowledge and skills to the said subject area. Hence, the study recommended that this study be of help to the administrators, teachers, students, and the parents as a way to improve the deteriorating quality of education particularly in the secondary level and raise the quality of teaching in Technology and Livelihood Education as a competitive tool towards globalization.
