In particular, it also determined the organizational culture of the upland secondary schools described in terms of managing change, achieving goals, coordinated teamwork, customer orientation, and cultural strength; the significant practices in organizational culture in the upland secondary schools; the insights withdrawn from the significant practices organizational culture in the upland secondary schools; and the proposal of developmental culture initiatives may be proposed. The data reflected in this study were taken from the selected teachers, administrators, students, and community stakeholder-respondents in the said upland secondary schools in the Division of Bataan during the School Year 2018-2019. The study employed the sequential explanatory design of mixed method research, using observation, survey questionnaire, and structured interview as the main gathering tools. Items included in the questionnaire were adapted from a standard survey questionnaire, while the guide questions in the interview were made by the researcher. The gathered data were coded and tallied using the descriptive statistics such as frequency counts, percentage, mean and standard deviation and with inferential statistics such as Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Levenne's Test. Meanwhile, the transcripts gathered from the interview were subjected to thematic analysis. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher arrived at the following conclusions: the upland secondary schools have manifested managing change, achieving goals, coordinated teamwork, customer orientation, and cultural strength; there are no significant differences in the organizational culture of the upland secondary schools as assessed by the teachers, administrators, students, and community stakeholderrespondents; upland secondary schools like any other schools in the Department of Education continue to strive to deliver quality and relevant education through identified stakeholders involvement and improvement practices; the upland secondary schools have very supportive internal and external stakeholders and have mastered the continuous improvement principle of the DepEd; and the crafted developmental culture initiatives focus on the indicators of organizational culture that are highest-rated items for promotional activities/initiatives for sustainable operations. In light of the findings, the following recommendations are proposed: the upland schools may adopt more strategic practices to make their organization culture more adaptive to their needs; contingency measures for effectively managing change, coordinating teamwork, and providing customer orientation must be in-placed so that the significant differences in the practices will be of the same level; other measures to help the upland schools must be initiated to help them cope up with the challenges of continuous improvement; recognition and appreciation of the stakeholders and the innovative practices must be in-placed further to improve the organization's culture; the developmental culture initiatives may be shared with the community and stakeholders to improve further the practice; and studies on the unique organizational culture of the upland schools may be facilitated to enrich the organizational operation ER -
