This research endeavored to develop and validate the mobile application on the topic probability during the third grading period in Limay District. The study involved 32 Junior High School Mathematics teachers and 100 Grade 10 students in the District of Limay. The descriptive method and quasi-experimental type of research are employed with the use of a questionnaire method that was designed to evaluate the proposed instructional materials and of which consists of two parts. This study entailed tabulating and processing data using statistical tools. This study involves using a weighted mean of the evaluative response of the teachers and students on the proposed probability mobile application in terms of Objectives, Format, Content, Organization, Language, and Usability. Comparing the result of the experimental and controlled group as well as the result of the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group, Independent and Dependent sample t-test was used respectively. Findings revealed that the respondents were very satisfied with probability mobile application having an overall mean of 4.10. It can be surmised that they provided the highest mean rating of 4.61 on usability and the lowest mean of 3.85 on objectives. The comparative results of the posttest and pretest of the experimental group have a t-value of 2.009 which is significant at 0.05 level of significance. The comparative results of the post-test of the controlled and experimental group have a t-value of 1.992 which is significant at 0.05 level of significance which results in the rejection of the null hypotheses. In the light of the findings and conclusion, it was recommended that the proposed mobile application can be utilized alone or in conjunction with other instructional
