The study aimed to develop and validate a proposed workbook in Fundamentals of Accountancy Business and Management I (FABM I) intended for Senior High School, Grade 11 ABM students. The workbook followed the ADDIE Model of instructional design. Stratified random sampling was utilized in choosing the respondents. Descriptive research using quantitative approaches was employed. The evaluation results were treated using weighted mean with corresponding descriptive equivalent and interpretation. The study revealed that the developed workbook was highly satisfactory in terms of objectives, format, content, language and usability as instructional material in teaching FABM I. Based on the conclusions drawn from the study, the following recommendations were given: Utilization of the developed workbook in FABM I is strongly recommended for Grade 11 ABM Learners; Experimentation stage on the use of the developed workbook may be conducted; Content validation must be done in the future to match provisions, guidelines, and revisions done by regulating bodies in the field of accounting; Auxillary materials can be developed with the workbook to complement gaps such as video materials and other facilitative media. However, further study is strongly recommended using other factors and variables such as relevance and economy.
