The respondents were BPSU MEM graduates in their professional affiliation during the months of July to October 2019. It is a mixed-method study with two (2) levels of the investigation, Quantitative Approach (Phase 1) and In-depth Qualitative Investigation (Phase 2) using appropriate survey questionnaires, interviews, NVIVO tools and interpretative analysis using MAXQDA. The results imply that the curriculum that there should be a curriculum revisit and possible introduction of internship to aspiring MEM graduates to be part of the academic workforce, thus improving the quality of the Engineering Management as reflected in the "Balik-Turo Program". It is further recommended that engineering educators should initiate internship hours with their students; encourage engineering leadership; exercise commitment to education and communication and implement more engaging program and professional network expansion to graduates in Engineering Education ER -
