Since the pandemic started in numerous countries, the educational system has stopped face-to-face interaction. Many colleges students were forced to stay at home for their safety and also their engagement in Physical activities decreased. Cognizant to these, the researcher aimed to keep students physically active in this time of pandemic. Descriptive research was used and considered 45 of 3rd year BPED students of Bataan Peninsula State University, Orani Campus. For statistical treatment, frequency, percentage distribution, were utilized including the weighted mean and standard deviation for reliability and validity test. Results revealed that most respondents are aging between 20-24 years of age, female, have a height and weight of 5'1" - 5'4" and 41 - 55 kg, respectively. The health status of respondents are 1 as normal, with no health issues, have a high metabolic rate. In terms of Health-Related Fitness (HRF) respondents are doing body mass index (BMI), as regards Skills Related Fitness are doing Juggling and as part of home-based health and skills related fitness activities are Taking Out the Trash. Home-Based Physical Fitness Program is similar to customized exercise programs that are a great way to stay physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and environmentally fit. The proposed Home-Based Physical Fitness Program for Collegiate Student aimed to recommend some practical home-based physical activities under each component to help college students engage in physical activity and achieve good physical health at all times not only in this time of pandemic. With the experts and students' validation on the proposed program and its objectives, experts rating had a verbal description of very strongly agree with 4.5 mean considering the benefits of the program to the students. Further, in Content experts interpreted the activities and exercises as helpful to the students in understanding better the importance of being healthy with 4.83 mean and while the students gave a perfect 5.00 mean. Finally, for the Usefulness of the Proposed Program experts interpreted it as very useful having a mean of 4.67 and 5.00 according to the students. This Home-based Program Helps students manage stress amidst pandemic and promotes a positive attitude and outlook. Thus, the researcher recommends having a Home-Based Physical Fitness Program to serve as a guide to the students to have a healthy lifestyle.
