The study aimed to determine the current status of the Guidance and Counseling services at Bataan Peninsula State University to develop and validate the Guidance and Counseling module. Specifically, the current condition of Guidance and Counseling Services in Bataan Peninsula State University based on the Needs Assessment Inventory for Students in terms of Career Planning and Placement services, Counseling services, Follow Up services, Guidance services, Individual Inventory services, Information/Orientation services, Referral services, Research and Evaluation services, and and Testing services. The study also seeks the needs of students as perceived by the administrator, and guidance in-charge in terms of Academic development, Career development, and Personal/Social development. Moreover, the study analyzed the existing Guidance and Counseling Programs at Bataan Peninsula State University and based on the findings, what Guidance and Counseling module may be proposed. This study sought how the developed module is validated. The data collected through the questionnaire were tallied and tabulated as required by the previously stated problems and distributed in accordance to the variables from the stated problems. More so, mean and standard deviation was used to describe the current condition of Guidance and Counseling Services. Furthermore, the researcher explored the existing Guidance and Counseling Programs in Bataan Peninsula State University using the Thematic Analysis. Finally, a Guidance and Counseling module was proposed, developed, and validated.
