N2  - The arrival of fourth industrial revolution is an invitation to all scholastic institutions to transform their academic programs in to meet the demands of the times. As a result, this leap is made possible by producing capable and successful graduates who are trained, educated, and prepared to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world. As a result, academic institutions must reevaluate and reconsider their offered curricula by investigating their effect on society through continuous tracer studies. The research looked at the perspectives of MPES graduates from 2006 to 2020 using quantitative analysis methods to achieve its goals in order to determine the effect of the MPES curricular program on their job at their respective workplaces. It was established that the graduate skills of the respondents improved significantly from adequate to very adequate levels after entering the MPES program. It was also found that MPES completion and work affiliation are positively related. The MPES program boost confidence, builds a family, trains a leader, develops wiser men, challenges the intellect, and opens better career opportunities to students. Through the program, students are exposed to different people, different responsibilities, and opportunities that enabled them to become better persons, and professionals
