The study aimed to examine the related factor in determining the level of effectiveness of the service in the development and validation of electronic document management system for accreditation program in the master engineering management. The research method used in the study was descriptive survey method. The developed system was evaluated through hands-on manner based on evaluation of software quality, functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability. The survey questionnaire for the evaluation of software quality used is the international standard for evaluating system software (ISO 9126). This study has an overall respondents of 28 persons from local accreditation survey team and local accreditation task force of BPSU compose of faculty members and deans. Based on the data gathered, tallied and interpreted, the major finding were summarized as follows. The system evaluation of software quality in terms of functionality has a general total average mean of 3.68. The majority of the respondents say that the system is very good in its functionality. The system evaluation software quality in terms of reliability got 3.41 in general average mean. The descriptive interpretation as the majority of the respondents states that the system is good. The evaluation of software quality in terms of usability, the general average in the overall mean of 3.93. The result if evaluation in software quality in terms of efficiency and the descriptive interpretation concludes that the system has a very good efficiency with an overall mean of 3.57. In terms of maintainability, generally the respondents perceived that all the item under maintainability has a very good result as reflected by the general mean average of 3.68, the majority of the respondents say that the system is very good. The system evaluation of software quality in terms of portability got 3.56 in general average mean. The descriptive interpretation as the majority of the respondents states that the system is very good. The summary of project evaluation to the software quality factor with the descriptive interpretation of very good and overall mean average score 3.64. The result of the findings stated that EDMS is effective in software quality factor for the monitoring and operation of the accreditation system. On the basis of the foregoing findings, it is concluded that the lone null hypothesis was tested for acceptance: thus, there is no significant difference in the developed Electronic Document Management System when they are grouped accordingly. Considering the findings and conclusion of the study, the following recommendations were offered: to use the proposed Electronic Document Management System in BPSU Graduate School. The Graduate School of Engineering Management Program consider the proposed EDMS for them to make the operation productive and more capable of recording data in accreditation program. Future proponents should continue to improve the proposed system by adding functionalities like providing a mobile application, document tracking and adding a content delivery network.
