<br/><br/> This study aimed to determine which among the faculty profile and teaching load activities were related to teacher's performance. The respondents of the study were the faculty members who have extra teaching load both regular and permanent in Bataan Polytechnic State College (Main, Balngan and Orani Campuses). This study involved 198 faculty members from different campuses of Bataan Polytechnic State College.
