Five (5) maritime schools who belong to the elite deregulated status due to PACUCOA Level II re-accreditation represented Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with the inclusion of maritime academy in Region III, who is applying for deregulation, although a recipient of recognition from foreign accrediting bodies for Maritime Education and Training ER -
